In addition, the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation operates provincial/territorial lotteries on behalf of Atlantic Lottery Corporation (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island), Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (Ontario), Loto-Quebec (Quebec), and Western Canada Lottery Corporation (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut).
The New Zealand Lottery is a publicly-owned Crown entity called Lotto New Zealand. Profits from the lotteries are distributed by the New Zealand Lottery Grants Board to community and sporting organizations. The grant programs include Sport and Recreation New Zealand, Creative New Zealand and the Golden Kiwi Trust. Unlike some other nations, winnings from the New Zealand Lottery are not taxed. A similar situation exists in Australia, where the Australian Lottery is administered by a government-licensed company named Tatts Group Pty Ltd and two licensed re-sellers.
