The four games are governed by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, which is owned by its five regional lottery commissions: the Atlantic Lottery Corporation (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador), Loto-Quebec (Quebec), Western Canada Lottery Corporation (Williamstown, Manitoba), and Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (Ontario). Each province and territory also runs its own local lotteries.
