Dai Trang, who sells lottery tickets on streets from Quang Ngai to Hanoi, said sales are less than one third of what they were before Covid-19 broke out. She blames the pandemic for people being reluctant to buy tickets, saying they’re worried about getting infected by buying them from sellers on the street. She adds that her loyal customers, who used to buy 10 tickets each time, now only buy one or two. She hopes the market will return to normal soon.
