This is collected to help fund the city’s parks, sports facilities and social welfare programs. In addition to its in-person operations, the company also provides Internet and mobile phone lottery games for residents of the nation’s second-largest city. Its online games are marketed as “lottery mobile” and include a wide range of instant games.
