In Liechtenstein, the International Lottery Foundation (ILLF) administers the lotteries. Its first website, PLUS Lotto, launched in 1995 and was the first to offer a virtual scratchcard game. It now handles 70% of the worldwide lottery industry, according to a statement on its site. The ILLF’s profits support charitable projects and organizations domestically and internationally. The foundation also sponsors the Liechtenstein Tennis Cup.
