He said the ministry may reduce the number of drawings to one per week in the future. But he said whether or not to block certain numbers is not within the committee’s purview.

Lottery results are announced each Tuesday evening and can be checked at many stores, restaurants, and convenience shops. The retailers have a machine that they run the tickets through to check for winners. Those who have won will receive a small ticket with their winning numbers and numbers on it. They can then use this to claim their prize. In addition, some states have a website that allows people to check results online.
