The officials believe the lottery should be under state control, because the results of drawings can’t be trusted, he added.
Winning tickets for games with a value of up to $600 can be redeemed at any Maryland Lottery retailer unless directed to submit them to the headquarters for processing. For prizes of greater than $600, a claim form must be completed and the winner must present proof of identity and federal or state-issued photo ID to the lottery headquarters.
