Laos lottery is an event in which participants purchase tickets in order to participate and potentially win a prize determined by random draw of numbers. Sources in Laos have informed RFA’s Lao Service of allegations by lottery officials of tampering with their system to avoid paying out large jackpots, for instance when 509 appeared as the winning number before disappearing again on other tickets shortly before drawing day – another allegation made against lottery officials who manipulate winning numbers and deny people from purchasing tickets they want by altering winning numbers.
