Sources in Laos tell RFA that winning numbers appear on purchased tickets during the drawing but disappear soon afterward. In October, a number that appeared as 509 during the drawing was suddenly replaced with 9, and access to this number was restricted for the rest of the day, Lao sources told RFA’s Lao Service.
