The couple also has a baby on the way, which makes their decision all the more heartwarming. Under Oregon law, winners must come forward to claim their prizes, so their identities will be revealed.
Online lottery is an important source of revenue for many governments around the world, although laws related to the game have yet to keep pace with changes in technology and online gambling services. In the United States, online lotteries are operated by a handful of private companies under license from state regulators.
