In Canada, lotteries are run by the provincial and territorial governments. The Interprovincial Lottery Corporation is a consortium of the five regional lotteries, owned by their respective provincial/territorial governments: Atlantic Lottery Corporation (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador), Loto-Quebec (Quebec), Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (Ontario) and Western Canada Lottery Corporation (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia). In addition to these national lotteries, there are numerous privately operated games such as Keno.
