In addition, the government will investigate reports of lottery ticket fraud and corruption. The ministry is also expected to establish a commission to review the operation of the lottery. The commission will have the power to impose fines and ban lottery participants who violate the rules. The commission will also be able to monitor and verify the integrity of lottery officials.
