Vilasack Phommaluck said he did not know about any attempts by the lottery company to block certain numbers or manipulate the results, but he said other changes could be made to help restore faith in the game. These might include cutting the drawing back to once a week. He said this might also make it easier to monitor the results and prevent shenanigans.
