The lottery games are offered to all Canadian residents, regardless of their jurisdiction. The provinces/territories each have their own lottery laws, but they all are required to contribute a percentage of the proceeds from their games to the ILC. In addition, a portion of the proceeds is shared among a number of charitable organizations throughout the country.
