The jackpot, which is the fourth largest in U.S. history, will be paid in 29 annual installments beginning in 2023. The winning ticket was purchased at a Plaid Pantry convenience store in Portland. The top prize is subject to federal and state taxes. The winner has a year to claim the money, and under Oregon law, winners cannot remain anonymous.
