They claim that the national lottery drawing, which takes place three times a week, is riddled with inconsistencies, such as numbers that vanish from purchased tickets or are deemed unlucky. The sources say the national lottery is run by business interests with connections to the ruling elite, who benefit from the lottery’s annual concession fee.
