In Canada, a national lottery is run by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, which is comprised of five provincial and territorial lottery commissions: Atlantic Lottery Corporation (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador), Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (Ontario), Loto-Quebec (Quebec), Manitoba Lottery and Gaming Corporation (Manitoba) and British Columbia Lottery Corporation (British Columbia). Each provincial/territorial lottery operates its own lottery games, but they are all connected through a central database.
