For example, on Oct. 14 this year the winning number was 509, but access to that number on tickets purchased throughout the day disappeared an hour before the drawing, a source told RFA. “Hopefully the government will resume control of the lottery because it should be 100 percent managed by them,” the source added. This is a very optimistic view of the situation, but it will take some time to shape up if this is actually going to happen.
