They are operated by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, a consortium of the five regional lottery commissions owned by their respective provincial/territorial governments: Atlantic Lottery Corporation (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador), Loto-Quebec (Quebec), Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (Ontario), Western Canada Lottery Corporation (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Northwest Territories and Nunavut).

The International Lottery in Liechtenstein Foundation (ILLF) is a not-for-profit organization that manages the country’s state-controlled lotteries. It was founded in 1995 and pioneered Internet gaming. It processed the first online lottery transaction and introduced the first instant scratch-off games on the Internet. The ILLF also supports charitable projects and organizations domestically and internationally. In addition to the Lotto, ILLF also operates the country’s second-largest casino, the Diamond Casino Resort in Vaduz. The casino is open to all ages and is located on the banks of the Rhine. The hotel also features a golf course, a swimming pool and a spa.
