Today, Canada has four nationwide lotteries: Lotto 6/49, Lotto Max (which replaced Lotto Super 7 in September 2009), Daily Grand and Millionaire Life. In addition, many provinces have their own provincial lotteries and a few independent, privately owned lotteries. Several companies operate the lotteries in Australia, which are licensed at a state or territory level. These operators include private companies and companies whose employees are government-employed. In addition, two online re-sellers are licensed in Australia.
