These are operated by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, a consortium of provincial/territorial lottery commissions. The five member organizations are Atlantic Lottery Corporation (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador), Loto-Quebec (Quebec), Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (Ontario), Western Canada Lottery Corporation (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta) and British Columbia Lottery Corporation (British Columbia). Laos’ gambling situation is a bit more complicated. While gambling is technically illegal in the country, there are Special Economic Zones that allow foreign casinos to operate legally. In addition, the country’s citizens can play in numerous offshore online casinos without risking any consequences. This makes the game a very popular option for players from across the world.
