Lottery headquarters pays prizes up to $25,000, less offsets and obligations, by check on the day of the claim. For prizes valued at more than that amount, you must present your Maryland Lottery ticket and a valid photo ID to claim your prize. Winning subscription prizes up to $600 are automatically paid by the Maryland Lottery, and prizes of more than that value must be claimed at the Lottery headquarters.
