Huong and Manh earn about US-$250 per day selling Lottery tickets. They start their 16-hour shift at 5 am, have a small breakfast of rice and vegetable soup, then scurry around Saigon to sell their tickets. They buy their tickets from local stores for 9 000 VN-Dong (1 000 Dong = 40 US-Cents) each, and make a 10% profit on each sale. On good days, they can sell up to 250 tickets.
