This happened on Oct. 14 this year, when the winning number was 134, but it disappeared from tickets just 10 minutes before the drawing. The official government lottery is operated by the state-owned Camelot Group, which also operates EuroMillions for players in the UK, France, and Spain. The company also owns the UK-based Health Lottery. Laos does not have a state-run lottery, but it does operate informal football lotteries and lottery chances that are sold through short messaging services.
