The office said it will limit the number of times that the state lottery draws per week to two, and will ensure that winnings are handled properly. The directive also calls for a ban on the sale of lottery tickets through short messaging services. Private business interests with a stake in the lottery should not be responsible for managing the state lottery, it said.
