He won a $1.5 billion prize in the state’s lottery game on Monday after matching all six numbers in the initial draw, but must wait for the final drawing to learn whether he received full payout. It appears only a handful of lottery winners have managed this feat so far but more will likely follow as soon as the jackpot increases further.
